Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Prime Educational Hub’s Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures that all training programs, consultancy services, and operational processes meet internal standards, accreditation body requirements, and international compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Quality Compliance & Monitoring
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the organization’s Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of training delivery, learner assessments, and consultancy documentation to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Monitor course content, delivery methods, and learning materials for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
Data & Documentation Management
- Maintain accurate quality-related records, including audit findings, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Support the preparation of quality reports for management and accreditation audits.
- Ensure training and consultancy documentation complies with ISO and other relevant standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in training delivery, learner engagement, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with trainers, assessors, and administrative staff to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Track and follow up on improvement initiatives to measure effectiveness.
Training & Support
- Assist in delivering internal quality-related training for staff and trainers.
- Support the development of quality-related learning materials and process guidelines.
- Provide guidance to staff regarding quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance, ISO standards, or accredited training provider frameworks are desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a quality assurance, compliance, or audit role—preferably in an educational or training organization.
- Familiarity with international training and accreditation standards (OTHM, NVQ, ISO, JCI, CARF, NEBOSH, etc.).
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Performance Indicators:
- Timely completion of quality audits and reports.
- Compliance rate in external audits/accreditation inspections.
- Number and effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.
- Positive feedback from trainers, learners, and accreditation bodies.
Working Conditions:
- Standard office hours with occasional flexibility to support evening or weekend training sessions.
- Hybrid work option may be available depending on operational needs.
