Role Overview
As a Prime Property Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor for clients seeking high-value real estate opportunities in Abu Dhabi. You’ll combine market expertise with exceptional service to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of investors, homeowners, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on prime property opportunities, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close transactions with professionalism.
- Stay informed on Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market, regulations, and upcoming developments.
- Manage a portfolio of prime properties and ensure maximum exposure through marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in luxury or prime property sales.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- UAE driving license preferred.
