  • Market the full range of products & service to Prime clients’ segmentation and contribute effectively in achieving the prime budget while identifying and meeting customer needs through acting as a financial advisor to the assigned customers
  • Manage and increase the portfolio by acquiring NTB prime customers and cross sell EG-Bank services and products to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish and achieve sales and revenue targets for existing and new clients in addition to monitoring and leading other RMs within the assigned Branch and ensure maximizing their portfolio management as well.
  • Serve new, existing prime clients and institutional relationships within the Area through providing them with a comprehensive advisory services and a full suite of financial products and services considering the clients risk profiles.
  • Acquire new clients as well as broadening existing client relationships (greater share of wallet and higher cross sell ratios) through Focusing on AUM (Asset Under Management) and footings growth and appropriate assets of the Branches assigned to them to achieve the Area target.
  • Update all KYC for clients within the assigned portfolio and ensure that all documents related to those clients are available in order to comply to KYC and AML regulations.
  • Handling all Prime customers’ inquiries and complains and ensure resolving them efficiently within the set TAT while delivering a consistent and tailored prime management service to prime clients and developing a long term, in depth client relationship.
  • Analyze portfolio performance statistics to better understand customer behavior and plan for future activities with a continuous focus towards helping the client to adapt to changes in personal circumstances and financial environment
  • Review daily inflows/outflows of the assigned portfolio and the other RM’s within the assigned Branches to retain clients and avoid losing funds
  • Ensure that customers are receiving a superior service and aligned with EG-Bank guidelines, services standards and CBE regulations
  • Respond positively and diligently to colleagues and coordinate and communicate effectively with the Branch staff and support units to ensure that customers’ requests are processed timely and effectively
  • Responsible for conducting an in-depth market scan on competitors offering within the prime proposition and provide recommendations to the products & segments team on improvements.
  • Review the daily sales report inclusion on all sales activity and call reports conducted by the RM & Assistant RM to share it with the assigned Area Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalence, Credit Course is considered a plus.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in any retail field preferred exposure with portfolio management
  • Proven record of building relationships and closing business
  • Successful track record of sales and aggressive targets achievements
  • Experience in Retail & Customer Service areas is a must especially with Prime clients.
