Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all grades.
- Develop and monitor academic plans, assessments, and performance indicators to meet institutional goals.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration in classrooms.
Administrative Management:
- Supervise daily school operations, including timetabling, discipline, and resource management.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and evaluation of teachers and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
Student & Staff Development:
- Create a supportive environment that encourages student growth, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for teachers and staff.
- Handle parent and student concerns with empathy and effective communication.
Strategic Planning & Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with the management to develop strategic goals for the school’s growth and reputation.
- Build positive relationships with parents, local authorities, and the wider community.
- Represent the school in educational forums, events, and public engagements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Education or equivalent qualification (M.Ed. / B.Ed. mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational management tools.
- Ability to motivate staff and inspire students toward excellence.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi.
