Key Responsibilities

* Provide academic and administrative leadership for the CBSE school.

* Ensure effective curriculum implementation, assessments, and learning outcomes.

* Supervise and mentor teachers, coordinators, and school staff.

* Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment.

* Lead staff development, training, and performance evaluations.

* Communicate effectively with parents and the school community.

* Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure CBSE compliance.

* Collaborate with management on planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

* Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. or M.Ed. (mandatory).

* Minimum **8–10 years of teaching experience** and **3–5 years in an administrative/leadership role**.

* Strong understanding of CBSE norms, policies, and school operations.

* Experience in handling faculty, academics, discipline, and parent communication.

Skills Required

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to manage staff, budgets, and school operations efficiently.

* Proficient in technology, school ERP, and digital communication.

* Ability to build a positive culture and motivate teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
