Qualifications & Experience For Principal (Primary / High School / Higher Secondary)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with B.Ed/M.Ed (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant teaching or administrative experience.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment methodologies, and school operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Qualifications & Experience For Academic Co-ordinator

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with B.Ed preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of teaching or academic support experience.
• Ability to coordinate curriculum, support teachers, manage assessments, and ensure academic quality.
