This is a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in regulatory frameworks, risk management, and technology assurance—while making a tangible impact from day one.
You Will Be Responsible For:
-
Support Regulatory Compliance Initiatives
Assist in monitoring and maintaining compliance with internal technology policies, global regulations, and industry standards, helping to safeguard the organisation’s risk posture. -
Conduct Policy & Standards Gap Analysis
Perform detailed assessments comparing internal policies and standards against evolving regulatory requirements across global jurisdictions, identifying areas for improvement and supporting remediation planning. -
Contribute to Policy Development & Communication
Collaborate in the drafting, review, and rollout of technology policies and standards. Help ensure clear communication and understanding across stakeholder groups. -
Provide Advisory Support
Act as a first point of contact for compliance-related queries from Technology & Operations teams, offering guidance and escalating complex issues to senior team members. -
Prepare for Regulatory & Internal Audits
Assist in gathering evidence and documentation to demonstrate compliance during internal audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring timely and accurate responses. -
Track and Support Audit Remediation Activities
Monitor the progress of remediation plans, maintain tracking logs, and support teams in closing audit findings effectively and on schedule. -
Handle Due Diligence Requests
Respond to technology-related queries from existing and prospective clients, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to support business development and client assurance.
The Experience You Bring:
-
Foundational Experience in Risk, Compliance, or Technology
1–3 years of experience in a related field such as IT risk management, internal audit, regulatory compliance, or technology operations—ideally within a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or telecoms). -
Understanding of Regulatory and Policy Frameworks
Exposure to regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, or SOX) and internal control frameworks. Experience supporting policy reviews or compliance assessments is a plus. -
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to interpret complex information, identify gaps or risks, and support the development of practical solutions. Comfortable working with data to support compliance reporting or audit readiness. -
Strong Communication and Collaboration
Experience working with cross-functional teams. Able to communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. -
Attention to Detail and Organisation
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, track remediation activities, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. -
