About the position:

Seeking a dynamic presales specialist to manage a portfolio of clients powered by Salesforce platform, in a global service delivery model. This specialist should have spent a significant amount of time of their career in the Healthcare & Lifesciences portfolio, coaching teams and proactively developing relationships with executives and key client stakeholders to offer their expertise and partnership.

What You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role as a client facing Solutions Architect/Business Analyst in Salesforce Health Cloud/Sales/Service in HLS
• Strong in-depth experience in technical and functional skills in the following areas where the candidate must have worked on end-to-end Salesforce programs for at least two HLS customers in US preferably with solutions such as:
• Patient Hub Services for Pharma
• Omnichannel Marketing – HCP/Patient/Member
• Patient/Member Contact Centers on Salesforce
• Omnichannel HCP Engagement using Veeva/OCE Commercial CRMs
• Excellent domain understanding of processes/journeys in payer/provider, pharma/CRO process maps, Scientific instruments/Med devices CRM processes
• Experience in strategy, design, and delivery of Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud solutions for healthcare organizations, translating business and regulatory requirements into technical roadmaps, blueprint solutions, system/integration architectures
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Up to 25% travel is required.
