We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to lead high-impact engagements, advise executive stakeholders, and deliver transformational business outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership, client advisory expertise, and hands-on project oversight. You will work directly with senior decision-makers, helping organizations improve performance, optimize operations, and achieve long-term growth objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
• Develop strategic recommendations that align with organizational goals and market opportunities.
• Support clients in making informed business and transformation decisions.

Business Transformation

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and operational improvement programs.
• Analyze organizational performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
• Design practical implementation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and engagement outcomes.

Project Leadership

• Oversee consulting engagements from planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage project teams, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project risks and ensure successful outcomes.

Team Leadership

• Mentor consultants and project teams.
• Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and guidance to support team development.

Business Growth

• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and consulting services.
• Support proposal development, solution design, and executive presentations.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the consulting practice.

What We Are Looking ForExperience

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business advisory, corporate strategy, or business transformation.
• Proven success leading large-scale consulting engagements and strategic initiatives.
• Experience advising executive leadership and senior decision-makers.

Leadership Skills

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Experience mentoring and developing consulting professionals.

Pay: QAR43,000.00 - QAR45,000.00 per month
