Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, AI Developer – MCP Applications & Conversational AI

In this role, Weare seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that leverage Machine Learning, Conversational AI, and custom datasets. The role involves building MCP (Model Control Platform) applications, creating chatbots and interactive tools to answer business queries, and integrating AI-driven solutions into enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Preparation

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.

Perform feature engineering and exploratory data analysis for model readiness.

Model Development

Design and implement machine learning models for NLP, intent recognition, and predictive analytics.

Fine-tune LLMs or domain-specific models for enterprise use cases.

Application Development

Build MCP-based applications for model orchestration and lifecycle management.

Develop chatbots and interactive apps to handle business queries on custom datasets.

Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams, internal portals).

Develop RAG pipelines

System Integration

Connect AI components with APIs, databases, and cloud services.

Ensure seamless integration with existing bot services and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog).

Performance & Quality

Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and scalability.

Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.

Collaboration

Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to GitHub-based workflows.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Computer Science Engineering, Mathematics, Operational Research, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and NLP frameworks.

Experience with MCP platforms, API development, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Knowledge of data visualization, SQL, and JSON-based integrations.

Understanding enterprise security and compliance standards.

Experience in building chatbotsfor Slack/Teams or similar platforms.

Exposure to LLMfine-tuningand prompt engineering.

Background in financial services or analytics-driven environments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Excellent communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
