Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- QA Automation Engineer
You will help Genpact build automation solutions which are scalable and consistent across global deployment.
Responsibilities
 Database testing using SQL preferably using SQL Server Management Studio for MSSQL server
 An attitude to debug issues and provide solutions to the issues raised while testing and having a “Can do” attitude with an eye for Quality
 Mindset to be always tuned to collaboration across scrum teams and cross functional teams
 Aware of latest trending best practices, tools, techniques, tips, and tricks in automation testing
 Creation and execution of automation testing strategies and framework
 Automation initiatives to reduce functional defects and uncover performance problems early, well before code is released into production
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
 BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech
 Good Testing Experience
Preferred qualifications
 Core java concepts
 Automation expertise in Cucumber/ Serenity BDD framework
 Problem Solving skills
 Hands on experience in agile and DevOps tooling like Jira , Bamboo, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD and ADO CI/CD is preferred.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a global team
 Hands on experience in testing and understanding testing concepts
 Experience in defect management tools
 Experience working in Agile environment
