Principal Control Systems Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree is an advantage..
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in electrical & control systems engineering.
• Lead the design and engineering of control and automation systems from concept through detailed design.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables prepared by the project team.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, process, instrumentation, civil, and telecommunications disciplines.
• Experience in engineering consultancy or EPC projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
