Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the business operations and growth of derivatives products, including Options, RFQ, and trading tools (e.g., Spread Trading / Advanced Order Types), ensuring delivery of business results
• Build and continuously optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and cross-team collaboration
• Collect and analyze user feedback, generate insights, and provide actionable directions for product iteration and optimization
• Collaborate closely with Regional, BD, and VIP teams to design and execute product promotion and growth strategies, driving trading volume and user engagement
• Monitor industry trends and user needs, propose innovative operation strategies, and enhance overall product experience
• Leverage company resources effectively to design and implement growth initiatives, supporting the long-term development of derivatives business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Solid understanding of derivatives, with foundational knowledge of Options
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, capable of creating and optimizing operation strategies based on data
• Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to drive projects from planning to execution
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese for multi-cultural stakeholder management purpose.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working at a centralized or decentralized exchange
• Hands-on experience in Options trading
