Main responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a customer-first approach.
    • Translate complex business challenges into a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap with measurable success metrics.
    • Define and communicate a long-term vision for customer and marketing data products, including intelligent workflows, predictive insights and advanced automation.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Discovery
    • Partner closely with business stakeholders to ideate new capabilities, gather and refine requirements, size opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on impact and value.
    • Ensure data and AI product capabilities align with user needs, business priorities, and end-to-end customer experience goals.
    • Serve as the SME for customer data and AI-powered products—shaping and championing new data/AI-driven products and processes.
  • Delivery & Execution
    • Drive end-to-end product execution from requirements definition and design through development, testing, launch, and continuous iteration.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to define epics, features and acceptance criteria that enable high-quality iterative delivery.
    • Serve as the primary escalation point to unblock issues, resolve delivery challenges and maintain execution momentum.
  • Enablement & Adoption
    • Develop training, documentation and enablement materials to ensure strong adoption and effective use of product capabilities across teams.
  • Market & Technology Insight
    • Continuously monitor customer needs, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive signals to identify opportunities and inform future product direction.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • 12 plus years of combined experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on building customer data and AI powered products such as Customer 360 platforms, CDPs, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps, translating complex business objectives into measurable, customer centric outcomes.
  • Strong data analytics background with hands-on experience translating business needs into insights, reports, and actionable product features using modern BI and data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Handson technical expertise writing SQL in Google Big Query or similar platforms to analyze data, derive insights, and present actionable recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Deep experience working in Agile product development environments, partnering closely with engineering, UX, and data science teams to deliver iterative, high-quality solutions.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Jira, including defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated strengths in technical business analysis, system integration, and user acceptance testing within large, complex, global organizations.
  • Strong aptitude for understanding and synthesizing complex data, platforms, and system integrations into scalable product capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable taking on a wide range of high impact challenges in fast paced enterprise environments.

Pay Transparency:



Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation Pay or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
