We're supporting a global strategy consulting firm on a confidential search for a Principal - Digital Strategy to help lead and scale its digital practice across the Middle East.

This senior role is centered on business development, client leadership, and practice growth. You'll shape board-level conversations and deliver digital strategies that drive transformation at scale.

Your Impact

• Own and grow client relationships-identify whitespace, shape strategic agendas, and position the firm as a trusted digital advisor
• Drive pipeline development and deal conversion across key industries such as government, energy, consumer, financial services, and healthcare
• Develop new offerings and propositions in digital transformation, innovation, and emerging tech-enabled business models
• Collaborate with senior firm leadership to shape practice strategy, build capabilities, and recruit top digital talent
• Represent the firm in thought leadership and at key forums across the region
• Oversee strategic delivery across a portfolio of digital engagements, ensuring alignment with client goals and firm standards
• Support project teams in problem solving, delivery quality, and stakeholder management
• Coach and mentor junior team members; promote a high-performance, collaborative culture

Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for a seasoned strategist with commercial instincts, digital fluency, and the gravitas to lead C-level dialogue:

• 10-14 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a digital-focused leadership role
• Proven track record in business development, account growth, and client management
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex digital concepts into boardroom-relevant solutions
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems and their impact on business strategy (digital, tech strategy, data & AI, product, etc.)
• Experience leading transformation engagements across industries
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership presence; a builder and connector by nature
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
• Experience in the Middle East or other emerging markets is highly valued
