Develops, maintains and manages enterprise application standards and systems, including database, network and hosting solutions. Drives the development of detailed configuration parameters, custom extensions, workflow and integration solutions. Coordinates with technical / engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed to operate in highly available and reliable environments.

• Works on a large portfolio of applications.
• Provides application design and documentation that spans multiple applications and / or functions.
• Participates, and may lead, on complex projects with significant impact on IT and / or business.
• Serves as trusted consultant to senior leaders in the business.
• Mentors less experienced team members.
• Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
• Works with technical staff and business to understand problems with software and creatively resolves.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Enterprise Applications.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
