Job Description

  • Providing technical advice and expertise to HR management and organizational unit officials on topics related to measuring organizational unit productivity, as well as job design and evaluation.
  • Preparing and updating the succession planning plan.
  • Developing mechanisms and plans for talent management.
  • Preparing and updating methodologies and regulations related to mobile phone allowance and remote work.
  • Studying requests received from organizational units regarding the creation of new positions and workforce outsourcing.
  • Rotating and transferring employees, arranging the provision of a light vehicle, and submitting recommendations accordingly in line with approved work plans and programs.

Qualifications

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Major: Administrative Sciences – Human Resources Management
  • Experience: 4 years or more
