Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise across HCM modules and hands-on configuration experience. The ideal candidate will support enterprise-wide HR system initiatives and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and enhancement of Workday Core HCM
- Manage Absence Management, Recruitment, Talent, Performance & Compensation modules
- Translate business requirements into system configurations
- Support Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)
- Drive SIT/UAT cycles and stakeholder coordination
- Provide production support and continuous improvements
Required Skills
- 10+ years in HRIS systems
- Strong Workday techno-functional experience
- Experience in multiple HCM modules listed above
- Integration exposure (Payroll, third-party tools)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
