Role OverviewWe are seeking a Principal Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise across HCM modules and hands-on configuration experience. The ideal candidate will support enterprise-wide HR system initiatives and integrations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead configuration and enhancement of Workday Core HCM</li><li>Manage Absence Management, Recruitment, Talent, Performance &amp; Compensation modules</li><li>Translate business requirements into system configurations</li><li>Support Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)</li><li>Drive SIT/UAT cycles and stakeholder coordination</li><li>Provide production support and continuous improvements</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>10+ years in HRIS systems</li><li>Strong Workday techno-functional experience</li><li>Experience in multiple HCM modules listed above</li><li>Integration exposure (Payroll, third-party tools)</li><li>Strong stakeholder communication skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporaryWork Location: Remote
