Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a senior academic leader with minimum 15–20 years of experience in ICSE schools, including:

· At least 5–8 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal / Principal / Academic Head)

· Deep understanding of CISCE norms, compliance, and board documentation

· Experience in handling academic audits, inspections, and board coordination

· Proven ability to improve board results and academic standards

· Strong exposure to parent engagement and reputation management

· Experience in leading a team of 40–80+ staff members

Candidates from reputed ICSE / ISC schools in Mumbai or Tier-1 cities preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

· Ensure academic excellence aligned with ICSE curriculum standards

· Monitor lesson planning, assessments, and result improvement strategies

· Implement teacher training and academic review systems

· Maintain discipline, quality control, and institutional standards

School Growth & Strategy

· Drive student retention and sustainable admissions growth

· Work closely with management on long-term strategic planning

· Strengthen school positioning in the Western Suburbs market

· Enhance brand perception and academic reputation

Administration & Compliance

· Ensure full compliance with CISCE regulations

· Oversee documentation, policies, and statutory requirements

· Supervise infrastructure, safety, and operational excellence

Parent & Community Engagement

· Conduct PTMs and community interactions

· Handle escalations and maintain trust-based communication

· Represent the school at academic and public forums

Team Leadership

· Mentor teachers and department heads

· Implement performance evaluation systems

· Build a culture of accountability and excellence

Required Qualifications

· Postgraduate degree (mandatory)

· B.Ed / M.Ed (mandatory)

· Strong command over English communication

· Tech-friendly and open to digital integration
