Experience in supporting the product owner in backlog refinement to a level which is acceptable for the team to estimate and deliver
Ability to plan 2 steps ahead of the team and surface hidden risks
Participates in discussions and activities regarding IT project funding, resourcing and prioritization while advocating for the business as it relates to programs and projects
Manages one or more business programs and projects
Responsible for aligning programs, projects to strategic objectives and goals of respective service line working closely with Product owner, service owner and portfolio lead
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
