Principal – Malir Campus (Near Airport, Karachi)

We are seeking a highly competent Principal to lead our Malir Campus, overseeing the complete school operations from Pre-Primary to HSSC.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary & HSSC
• Strong working knowledge of Board of Secondary Education Karachi and Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKUEB)
• Master’s degree (B.Ed preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage academics, administration, staff, students, and parents
• Hands-on leader who can independently manage all campus operations
• Strong people management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall academic and administrative leadership of the campus
• Staff management, performance monitoring, and development
• Student discipline and academic progress (all sections)
• Parent engagement and enrollment support
• Compliance with board requirements and daily campus operations
