Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture design and solution planning for complex .NET applications.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and ensure adherence across the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end development, from design through deployment.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on .NET technologies.
• Proven experience in architecture design, system scalability, and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Solid understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make high-level design decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
