About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead our Paramedical College. The ideal candidate will provide strong academic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an environment that promotes high-quality education and professional development for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee academic and administrative operations of the paramedical institute
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government, university, and council regulations
- Recruit, supervise, and mentor faculty and staff
- Develop curriculum and training programs that meet industry standards
- Promote research, innovation, and skill-based learning
- Manage budgets, resources, and institutional planning
- Maintain high standards of discipline, ethics, and educational quality
- Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare centers, and industry partners for clinical training and placements
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a relevant Paramedical/Allied Health Science discipline (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5–10 years of teaching/administrative experience in a paramedical or healthcare educational institution
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (such as Paramedical Council, University norms, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in institutional accreditation and quality assurance
- Ability to lead faculty development and student engagement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in academic planning and academic audits
