Our AI labs are busy exploring the next generation of smart AI agents and deeper FMCG market intelligence for the benefit of our customers across a growing operational footprint.

Team Structure

• Each PM leads 2 or 3 squads with specific focus areas
• Close collaboration with Program Manager and PMO

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for assigned squads
• Translate FMCG customer needs into technical requirements
• Prioritize features balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Own the roadmap from data ingestion through AI-powered insights
• Define success metrics and measure product impact
• Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture decisions
• Work with FDEs to gather customer feedback and validate solutions
• Drive adoption of agentic and conversational capabilities
• Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and integrations
• Present product vision to stakeholders and customers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or DaSS software
• Strong technical background with ability to engage in architecture discussions
• Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or AI/ML products
• Understanding of both technical and non-technical user needs
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• FMCG industry expertise
• Experience with platform products and developer tools
• Knowledge of AI agents and conversational interfaces
• Background in data engineering or data science
• Experience with enterprise software sales cycles
• Understanding of data monetization strategies
