Principal Product Manager, Partner Experience, Commercial Line of Business

THE ROLE

As the Principal Product Manager for the Pure Storage Partner Portal, you will define and deliver the next-generation digital experience for Pure's global partner ecosystem. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Partner Portal, built on Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM) and ensure it becomes a scalable, intuitive, and effective platform that empowers partner autonomy and growth.

You will combine product management discipline with GTM transformation expertise, bringing clarity to complex requirements, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering a best-in-class partner experience across sales, incentives, programs, marketing, and lifecycle engagement.

This highly visible role sits at the heart of Pure's partner strategy, shaping how partners engage, sell, and succeed through modern, integrated digital capabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, and roadmap for the Pure Storage Partner Portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Define portal-wide user journeys, capabilities, and long-term architectural direction in alignment with GTM, partner, and operational strategies.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories with measurable outcomes.

Execution & Delivery

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making tradeoff decisions grounded in partner needs, business priorities, scalability, and outcomes.
• Partner with UX, Salesforce architects, engineering, and IT teams to design intuitive experiences and deliver high-quality features on time.
• Drive continuous improvement by defining KPIs, measuring adoption/engagement, and iterating based on partner feedback and analytics.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the primary product leader interfacing with Sales, Partner, Marketing, Operations, Programs, Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Ensure alignment on goals, dependencies, data requirements, and success metrics across all partner-facing initiatives.
• Lead reviews, workshops, and design sessions to ensure shared understanding and accountable execution.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Provide clear communication of roadmap, progress, risks, and achievements to leadership and global stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to simplify complexity, structure decisions, and bring data-driven clarity to ambiguous requirements.
• Influence outcomes and maintain momentum across global cross-functional teams without direct authority.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 8–10 years of experience in product management, or related roles in SaaS, B2B technology, or consulting.
• Expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM) or similar partner portal / digital experience platforms.
• Strong GTM, partner, and operational fluency, including understanding of partner programs, incentives, sales motions, and end-to-end processes.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, build business cases, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving measurable outcomes.
• Analytical, structured problem solver with a consultative mindset and the ability to synthesize inputs into data-driven decisions.
• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (MBA preferred).
