  • This job is a member of the Office of the CDIO (Chief Digital & Information Officer) within the Information Technology Division, directly supporting Workforce Strategy and Technology Transformation.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with the Portfolio, Executive and Sr Leadership teams to set strategic goals, ensure alignment with corporate objectives and execute on strategic initiatives
  • Assist in the execution and tracking of the program’s strategic roadmap
  • Plan and manage programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment to organizational goals and strategies
  • Manages resource allocation for supporting programs and initiatives
  • Identify and manage program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track issues to resolution
  • Act as an escalation point for leaders and proactively resolve any reported issues that may have impact to programs and our corporate goals
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support decision-making
  • Provide guidance to leaders and team members that support strategic programs, initiatives and corporate goals
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for Portfolio, Executive and Sr Leadership meetings/forums
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with follow-up on behalf of the Portfolio, Executive and/or Sr Leaders
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the department, ensuring efficient processes and workflows
  • Manages to key performance metrics and ensure timely delivery of programs and initiatives
  • Lead efforts to streamline processes, promote operational excellence, and implement best practices across the organization
  • Collaborate across organizations and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Serve as a liaison between the Portfolio, Executive and/or Sr Leaders and internal/external stakeholders
  • Supports budget activities as required for supported programs


All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 10+ years of experience in a corporate environment with understanding of project/program management, human resources, financial optimization, and/or technology operations
  • Current or prior experience holding a leadership position
  • Strong track record of managing cross-functional programs and initiatives


Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience


Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Experience with Workforce Management systems or tools (i.e., SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Workday, etc.)
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint
    • Emphasis on Excel proficiency including basic formula and query functions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Analytical with ability to analyst data and provide actionable recommendations and meaningful insights
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  • High level of integrity, professionalism
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day details
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Understands technical concepts and principles
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
