Engineering Manager for Future Vision
Accountable for the overall management control and delivery of Business Critical projects and that create the intended value for the organization
Accountable for overseeing all functions and processes relating to activities of the project Directs manages and coordinates all aspects of delivery including those aspects provided by 3rd party suppliers and other external organizations
Functional knowledge and Experience leading large projectsprograms on NETAngular on AWS Cloud is a must
Interfacing with Architects to ensure design meets standards and team follows best practices to create reusable designs
Responsible for Program wide projects typically with large budgets be able to staff and stay focused on meeting project commitments including communications with sponsors stakeholders etc
Spends majority of time on Technical and Delivery management responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of a broad coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the Program
Ensure effective management of resources
Review solutions with business and technical stakeholders and obtain their signoff
Provide leadership to developers and analysts through best practice and coaching
Evaluate through the necessary boards and authorities required to deliver the projects as per Deloitte standards
Responsible for Capacity Planning Project Planning Resource Management and task allocation
Accountable for the quality of deliverable involved in the Automation using the identified tools
Accountable for the RAIDs in the project and coordinating with 3rd party teams to get components delivered
Liaise with Senior stakeholders teams and provide necessary guidance to deliver the Projects within the program
Contribute to the development of a strong high performance culture within function and the tech team
Ensure effectiveness by developing top quality professional staff demonstrating exemplary leadership and achieving high standards within a supportive results focused culture
Deliver effective management of risk governance compliance and control issues within the team ensuring all direct reports are aware of and adhere to their individual responsibilities in these areas
Work with colleagues across business units to integrate and align communications plans and key messages
SKILLSET
Relevant years of experience 20 years
Excellent understanding of Technology Projects involving NET Angular technologies and should have managed a team and delivered projects
Great communication skills
Proficiency in using SAFe Agile methodologies in delivering projects
Has operated in roles facing and managing senior Stakeholdersclients directly
Willingness to undergo any necessary training to reach the required level of accreditation necessary for the role
Can work independently and support the development team on technical expertise
Pioneering High level of initiative innovation
Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders
