Position Title: Principal / Head of School

Location: Gurugram / Bhiwadi ( Rajasthan)


Experience Required: Minimum 15 years in education, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation is mandatory. Degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.) preferred.

Position Summary:

The Head of School will be responsible for leading all aspects of School's academic and operational performance. As the institution’s academic and administrative head, the Principal will drive the school’s strategic vision, ensuring high educational standards, teacher empowerment, and an inspiring environment for holistic student development.

This role calls for an experienced and visionary education leader who can balance strategic planning with on-ground execution, while fostering a strong school culture rooted in empathy, innovation, and discipline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Academic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the school’s academic vision and curriculum planning
  • Ensure effective delivery of pedagogy across all grades
  • Regularly assess learning outcomes and initiate academic interventions
  • Guide faculty in adopting innovative teaching practices


Operational Managemen t:

  • Oversee day-to-day administration including scheduling, budgeting, infrastructure, and resource planning
  • Maintain school policies, safety standards, and compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Supervise all staff and manage performance evaluations


Faculty Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize professional development programs
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and instructional excellence


Student Development & Discipline:

  • Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Monitor student behavior, wellbeing, and academic progress
  • Implement fair and consistent disciplinary measures


Parent & Community Engagement:

  • Lead school communication with parents and community stakeholders
  • Conduct regular parent-teacher forums and school events
  • Represent the school in educational forums and inter-school collaborations


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Post-graduate in any discipline (mandatory); Degree in Education highly desirable
  • 15+ years of experience in school education, with a minimum of 5 years in a Principal/Head of School role
  • Deep understanding of CBSE curriculum frameworks
  • Proven leadership in academic planning, operations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication, crisis management, and strategic planning skills
  • A visionary and empathetic leader passionate about transformative education
