About the Role

TekHQs is seeking an experienced Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise applications.
You will work across the full stack—Angular, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud—while driving architecture decisions, ensuring engineering best practices, and collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly technical, hands-on, and capable of mentoring teams while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using Angular, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud.
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance Angular front-end interfaces.
• Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and background services in .NET Core.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
• Integrate with banking systems, payment networks, and third-party APIs.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Ensure clean code practices, unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Work closely with DevOps for Azure deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams for smooth delivery cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Angular (v10+): RxJS, components, state management, optimization
• .NET Core / C#: APIs, microservices, background services
• Azure Cloud: App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault
• SQL Server: schema design, performance tuning, stored procedures
• Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with credit card processing, ACH/Wire, or ISO 20022.
• Background in Banking or Fintech.
• Experience with messaging systems or event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or AI-assisted development tools.
