Principal Software Engineer - P1 | Fulltime
JD:
- Communicate with customer to understand the reported issue
- Investigate and identify the root cause of the reported issues (DB, Network, Application, mobile App, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and work with different teams including but not limited to infrastructure, DBA, security, development team to solve the reported issue
- Fixing issues discovered during troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 10+ Years of Experience
- Strong SQL skills (queries, tuning, indexing, troubleshooting).
- Administration of web/app servers (IIS, Tomcat, Nginx).
- Troubleshooting across app, DB, OS, network, identity, and integration layers.
- API, ETL, and ESB/iPaaS integration support (REST/SOAP, authentication flows, data pipelines).
- Experience with React Native mobile application support (builds, releases, crash logs, compatibility).
- Log analysis, performance tuning, and monitoring/alerting setup.
- ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change management.
