About the Role

In this role , you will play a key part in shaping and refining innovative solutions across treasury, finance, and controlling functions. Leveraging your expertise and industry best practices, you will drive process improvements and optimize financial tools. Your responsibilities will include both leading and collaborating on project initiatives, as well as managing effective partnerships with external vendors and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery and integration. Additionally, you will provide advanced (3rd level) support for treasury, finance and controlling operations across all business units.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with project teams serving as a lead and/or member to coordinate the development of treasury-related solutions and define project scope and limitations.
  • Take ownership of SAP treasury processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
  • Analyze, design, and translate business requirements into SAP treasury solutions by interpreting financial challenges and recommending best practices for process improvement.
  • Make significant contributions to architecting innovative treasury solutions that support organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate expert-level customization experience in SAP modules relevant to treasury operations, such as General Ledger (GL), AP, Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Systems (PS), and Asset Accounting (AA).
  • Review ABAP coding to identify and resolve any issues affecting financial operations.
  • Evaluate project requests that describe user needs to accurately estimate the time and cost required for treasury-related project completion.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis sessions with end users and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to interpret complex treasury and finance requirements and ensure seamless solution delivery.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 10 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
  • Fluent English speaking, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects as lead and/or support member.
  • Extensive experience working on global SAP S/4HANA FICO rollouts and implementations

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
  • SAP S/4 HANA FI certification
  • Possess skills in cross-cultural awareness, influence, communication, and problem solving.
  • Project management experience
