Principal Technology Recruitment Consultant

Halian is looking for an experienced Principal Contract Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Contract Recruitment team in Dubai.

This is a true 360 contract recruitment role for a recruiter who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to contractor delivery.

You’ll be responsible for developing your own technology market, partnering with leading organisations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and delivering specialist technology contractors across areas such as Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI and Cyber Security.

What you'll do:

• Build and grow your own contract technology recruitment desk
• Identify and win new business opportunities with clients
• Develop long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to contractor placement
• Source, engage and manage technology professionals across your market
• Deliver against individual billing and revenue targets

What we're looking for:

• Senior agency recruitment experience within technology
• Proven 360 recruitment background across business development and candidate delivery
• Experience recruiting contract technology professionals
• Strong track record of winning business and generating revenue
• Ability to build and manage your own specialist market
• Commercial mindset with the ambition to succeed
