Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communications, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 14-16 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, with focus on transmission systems.
• Strong expertise in SDH, DWDM, OTN, fiber optics, and telecom network design.
• Experience in oil & gas or industrial communication projects is essential (Aramco preferred).
• Knowledge of SCADA, LAN/WAN, VoIP, and unified communication systems.
• Familiarity with telecom design tools (e.g., Visio, MicroStation).
• Relevant certifications and professional registration are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
