As a UX Designer / Researcher at Amgen India, you will be part of the design and research function within Amgen’s AI/ML Innovation Lab.
You’ll translate complex AI/ML concepts into intuitive, human-centered digital experiences that align with Amgen’s brand and accessibility standards.
This role requires a balance of creative design thinking and data-driven UX research skills.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to inform product design decisions.

Design paper wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys that bring AI-driven workflows to life.

Collaborate with Amgen’s UX lead and developers to ensure design alignment and implementation fidelity.

Translate AI outputs and analytics into clear, actionable user interfaces.

Ensure consistency with Amgen’s design language system (DLS) and accessibility guidelines.

Synthesize user insights into design recommendations and iterative improvements.

Document findings, maintain UX artifacts, and support UX governance practices.
Required Qualifications

12–17 years of experience in UX design and/or user research.

Strong portfolio demonstrating data-heavy or AI-based interface design.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar tools is a plus.

Understanding of information architecture, accessibility, and usability principles.

Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with GenAI-assisted design workflows and conversational UI/UX.

Exposure to enterprise product or life sciences platforms.

Knowledge of UX research methodologies (surveys, heuristic evaluations, analytics).

Certification in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or UX Design or Strategic Design Management preferred.
