Principal / Vice Principal (Female) Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary

We are looking for Female Principal / Vice Principal for Pre Primary, Primary, Secondary
Job Locations: FB Area, North Karachi, Gulshan e Maymar, Gulshan e Iqbal

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the school's and office's day-to-day operations.
• Maintains a positive learning environment by collaborating with teachers, students, and parents on a regular basis.
• Attends community events and meetings on behalf of the school.
• Enforce campus rules and discipline students in accordance with school policy.
• Ensure that school operations are well-managed in order to create a safe and productive learning environment.
• Look for ways to increase the school's efficiency and quality of education.
• As assigned, does additional related tasks.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in education, B.Ed. preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Principal, Vice principal and Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations affecting educational institutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
• A confident, independent, and well-groomed personality required.
