Job Title: Female Principal / Vice Principal – Pre-Primary, Primary & Secondary

Location Preference: FB Area, North Nazimabad, North Karachi, Rafah-e-Aam, Malir, Gulshan-e-Iqbal

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the school’s academic and administrative operations.

Foster a positive learning environment by working closely with teachers, students, and parents.

Represent the school at community events, meetings, and official gatherings.

Enforce discipline and ensure compliance with school rules and policies.

Supervise staff performance and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Implement strategies to enhance academic quality and overall school efficiency.

Ensure a safe, structured, and student-centered learning environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed. preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Coordinator.

Strong knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Confident, independent, and well-groomed personality.
