Terminal Operations Coordinator

Job description:

• Communicating with Control & Vessel Supervisors to ensure equipment availability.
• Monitoring workforce performance, providing training, and ensuring safe work practices.
• Enforcing trailer twist-lock requirements and managing yard traffic to prevent congestion.
• Reporting unauthorized vehicles, safety incidents, and container damages to relevant departments.
• Supervising VHF distribution, break-bulk cargo gear preparation, and subordinate staff performance assessments.

Requirements:

Education: Intermediate or Equivalent

Experience: 4 years in shipping or port industry.

Salary: Rs 50,000 + Benefits

Location: East Wharf Karachi,Karachi Port.
