Job Ad 1 – Site Supervisor (DAE Civil)

Position: Site Supervisor
Qualification: DAE (Civil)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project team for smooth execution of tasks.
• Maintain site records, work progress reports, and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages in a timely manner.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE Civil).
• 7 plus years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Salary Range PKR: 70,000 to PKR: 100,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Ad 2 – Site Engineer (B.Tech Civil)

Position: Site Engineer
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)
Location: Karachi
Industry: Construction / Real Estate Development
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor site works according to project schedule.
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings for implementation on site.
• Ensure quality assurance and control of construction works.
• Verify contractor’s work progress and prepare measurement sheets.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project management team.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech Civil).
• 7 plus years of relevant construction site experience.
• Knowledge of project execution, quantity verification, and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Ability to manage labor and subcontractors effectively.

Salary Range PKR: 100,000 to PKR: 150,000 (Depending on experience)
