Position: Resident Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues on-site.
• Install and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and modems.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on customer premises equipment.
• Collaborate with the support team to provide comprehensive solutions to customer problems.
• Document and report on service calls, issues, and resolutions.
• Educate customers on the proper use of their internet services and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer, Network Technician, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with network diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
