Print Assistant/ Vinyl Graphic Installer

Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and motivated Print Assistant and Vinyl Graphic Installer to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with a good foundation in graphic design and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in print production. Experience is required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce layouts for print and digital media including brochures, banners, decals, social media graphics, and website visuals
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
• Prepare and format design files for production using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Assist with photo editing and retouching
• Support onsite print production tasks (vinyl cutting, printing, and application) following training
• Maintain organized design files and production archives
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Install graphics both in the workshop and at customer locations, sometimes requiring travel.
• Apply vinyl wraps, decals, lettering, and signage to a wide range of substrates, including vehicles, interior and exterior walls, and windows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Graphic Design or Production Artist role
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS5 or Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiarity with design terminology and file formats (.EPS, .PDF, .AI)
• Understanding of vector vs. raster images and proper file prep for print
• Strong grasp of layout design principles and typography
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to assist in hands-on production and learn new technical skills
• Interest or experience in off-road or motocross industries is a strong plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
