Print Designer

Job Overview:
Dhaga Apparels is seeking a creative and trend-aware Print Designer with a strong eye for modern, westernized aesthetics to join our apparel design team. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing contemporary prints especially for coordinated cord sets and can translate global fashion trends into commercially viable, wearable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original print concepts aligned with seasonal themes and brand direction
• Design placement, engineered, and repeat prints for ready-to-wear collections
• Create coordinated prints specifically for cord sets and matching separates
• Research international fashion trends, color forecasts, and fabric directions
• Work closely with the fashion design and product development teams to ensure cohesive collections
• Experiment with modern, muted, and trend-driven color palettes suitable for the target market
• Ensure proper scale, placement, and repeat accuracy for production
• Prepare production-ready artwork and technical files for sampling and manufacturing
• Review strike-offs and samples to maintain design integrity and quality standards
• Adapt designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in print design for apparel with a strong understanding of repeats, scale, and placement
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop with a good eye for modern color and western aesthetics
• A strong portfolio demonstrating print development, color sense, and trend awareness

Mon to Fri (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM)

Alternate Saturday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
