Print & Large-Format Graphic Designer

One of our client is seeking a highly skilled Print & Large-Format Graphic Designer ( Exhibition & Venue Branding Specialist) to support large-scale venue branding, exhibitions, and live event projects.

This role is ideal for a production-focused designer with strong technical knowledge of print, large-format artwork, and spatial branding, who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready large-format artwork for gates, rebooking tents, wayfinding systems, LED screens, and full venue branding
• Adapt brand assets for spatial environments and physical installations
• Design print materials including flyers, brochures, badges, signage, and OOH artwork
• Prepare files to production standards including bleed, scaling ratios, CMYK conversion, and print specifications
• Liaise directly with booth builders, fabricators, and production suppliers to ensure accurate execution
• Adapt and version assets across multiple exhibitions and live events

Requirement

• 3–5 years relevant experience in live events, exhibitions, marketing agencies, or fast-paced campaign environments
• Proven ability to deliver unde r tight production deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in exhibitions, live events, and venue branding environments
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of pre-press workflows
• File preparation for large-scale printing (bleed, crop marks, CMYK conversion)
• Experience preparing artwork for fabric, vinyl, and rigid substrates
• High attention to technical accuracy and production detail
• Arabic speaker (mandatory)

Contract duration: 6 months (temporary & can be extendable)
