Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Print Press Operator to join our team. This is an on-site, part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time. If you have print production experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate print press and finishing equipment

· Print, cut, and package labels for shipment

· Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy

· Monitor and track materials needed for daily production

· Communicate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Adapt to changing workloads and shifting priorities

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required

· 2 to 5 years of print production or copy/print services experience

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines

· Strong attention to detail and quality control

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite preferred

· Graphic design experience is a plus

· Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes preferred

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

· Standing, walking, and bending throughout shift

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

· Comfortable working around print machinery and production equipment
