Print Production Associate

Local printing company in Warminster, PA is looking for someone experienced in all aspects of digital printing. Join the largest printing franchise in the world while working for a small business with opportunities to grow.

We require great detail and organizational skills. You will be doing digital printing, bindery, finishing, customer service, and packaging/shipping. Experience with Xerox, Konica Minolta or similar digital printers using Fiery Command Workstation is a must. Large format experience is a plus, but not required .

2 Years Min. Experience in Printing Industry Responsibilities:

• Understand, set-up and operate digital printing equipment.
• Has experience and a strong understanding of the pre-press process and graphic design.
• Bindery Services: cutting paper, mounting posters, padding, and related services
• Shipping & Packaging Services: operate UPS and FedEx portals
• Handle walk-ins: Customer Payments and Invoices. Review job specifications from work orders and ensure that files are accurate to produce job.
• Present the company in positive, professional, and supportive manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, integrity and time management skills are a must.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards for work areas and appearances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication & phone skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy coordinating with people.
• Must be ready and willing to learn.
