Print Production Specialist - Signage

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality output while utilizing various production techniques. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence in print production and graphic design.

Duties

• Operate and maintain large format printers, large format digital cutter, CNC, channel letter bender, laminator and other equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to prepare artwork for print through prepress processes, ensuring accurate color management and layout design.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks, including typography and print advertising layouts.
• Assist in machining tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility across different production areas.
• Safely operate forklifts for material handling and ensure efficient workflow within the manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operating and maintaining large format printers, large format digital cutter, CNC, channel letter bender, and laminator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of graphic design principles and color management techniques.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and attention to detail in production output.
• Experience with CNC machinery is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
