Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Printer Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of printers and related hardware. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with inkjet, laser, and multifunction printers, and the ability to troubleshoot both hardware and basic software issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair printers (LaserJet, Inkjet, Dot Matrix, MFDs, etc.)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure printer uptime
• Replace toner, drums, fusers, and other consumables
• Maintain service logs and repair records
• Coordinate with clients to schedule on-site support
• Keep track of spare parts and manage inventory
• Provide basic training to users on printer operation and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Printer Technician/Engineer
• Strong knowledge of printer hardware (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.)
• Familiarity with network printer setup and basic driver/software installation
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Electronics or related field preferred
• Must be willing to travel locally if needed
