Printer Service Technician / Copier Technician / Field IT Technician (Lexmark Specialist)

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Printer Repair Technicians to join our nationwide service team. In this role, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair printers (primarily Lexmark models) at client locations. Your work ensures minimal downtime and maximum performance for our customers.

What You’ll Do

Site Visits & Assessments

• Travel to assigned client locations
• Inspect and test printers for hardware, software, or connectivity issues

Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

• Run diagnostic tests to identify root causes of malfunctions
• Check firmware, drivers, and network connections
• Test key components like fusers, rollers, and print heads

Repairs & Part Replacement

• Repair or replace faulty printer parts
• Reassemble and test printers to confirm successful repair
• Follow manufacturer repair guidelines

Documentation & Reporting

• Complete service reports for each repair
• Record parts used, issues resolved, and before/after photos
• Submit documentation promptly

Qualifications
