Job Description:

We are looking for a Printer Support Engineer with hands-on experience in both hardware and

software support for printers. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance,

and ensuring smooth functioning of printers across the client location.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain printers (hardware & drivers/software).

- Troubleshoot printer-related issues such as connectivity, printing errors, and hardware

malfunctions.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Handle replacement of parts like toner, cartridges, fusers, rollers, etc.

- Provide end-user support and resolve escalated printing issues.

- Coordinate with vendors for warranty/service support.

- Maintain logs of service calls and solutions provided.

Requirements:

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in printer hardware/software support.

- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, IP configuration for printers).

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle client interactions.

- Diploma/Graduate in IT, Electronics, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
