Job Description:
Aspire Books is seeking an experienced candidate to handle printing services, with additional knowledge in graphic design and sales. The ideal candidate should be familiar with print shop operations and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle printing-related tasks and prepare print-ready files
• Format and edit documents using MS Word
• Perform basic design work using Adobe Photoshop
• Assist customers with printing and product requirements
• Support sales activities and customer service
• Coordinate between printing, design, and front-desk sales needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in printing services (bookshop/print shop experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Word
• Working experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Graphic design knowledge is an added advantage and will be given priority
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
