Printing Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated *Printing Machine Operator* to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have UAE experience, be a good team player, and show a strong willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage the following printing and finishing machines

• UV Flatbed Printer (60cm x 90cm)
• Epson SureColor 60610L
• GZM 3.2m Large Format Printer
• DTF Printer
• Plotter
• Laminator
• Prepare print files as per project scope (vehicle branding, signage, indoor/outdoor prints, etc.)
• Ensure accurate color matching, material alignment, and print quality.
• Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of machines.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to meet deadlines.
• Support finishing works such as cutting, lamination, and mounting when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in large-format or UV printing.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of printing materials, color settings, and finishing techniques.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to troubleshoot minor issues independently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and readiness to learn.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED2,500 – 3,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
